Shipping & delivery
We currently deliver within Egypt only, and shipping is free on every order. We don't ship internationally at this time.
How it works
Once you place an order, it's packed by hand in Alexandria and handed to our courier, usually within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your governorate — free, no minimum order required.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll get tracking details by SMS and email to whatever contact info you gave at checkout. You can also check your order status any time from the confirmation email Shopify sends you.
Cash on delivery
If Cash on Delivery is enabled at checkout, you'll see it as a payment option alongside cards and digital wallets — availability can depend on your area.
