Built where the lighthouse stood

Alexandria kept time for sailors long before it had a name for it. The Pharos burned through the night so ships could measure their distance from home — the first instrument this coast ever gave the world.

Rictota is a small, independent watch house working from that same stretch of coastline. We don't have a shop or a showroom — every piece is designed and shipped directly from Alexandria to wherever you are.

We build each watch around one idea: that a good timepiece should feel like it was made by people who actually watch the sun come up over water.

Do you have a physical store?

No — Rictota is online only. There's no shop, showroom, or counter to visit. Every watch is packed and shipped straight from Alexandria to the address you give us at checkout.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We currently deliver within Egypt only, and shipping is free on every order. Delivery time depends on your city — you'll see an estimate at checkout before you pay, and a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

What if I want to return or exchange my watch?

You can return or exchange an unworn watch within 14 days of delivery. Reach out to support@rictota.store and we'll send you the steps.

How do I know my size or strap will fit?

Each product page lists the case size and strap length. If you're not sure what will suit you, message us at support@rictota.store — we're happy to help before you order.

How can I get in touch?
